EPISODE 001
Life has an incredible way of taking our deepest struggles and turning them into something empowering. It’s often said that all Good things start from a broken place. Our pain, our heartaches, and our trials have the potential to become the foundation upon which we build our purpose. Just as a diamond is formed under extreme pressure, our pain can be the catalyst for growth and transformation. It’s in those moments of vulnerability that we’re forced to confront ourselves, our values, and the masks we wear. Our brokenness becomes a canvas upon which we paint our journey towards purpose.
EPISODE 002
We’ve all been there - the casual exchange of ‘How are you?’ followed by an automatic ‘I’m good.’ What if we dared to dive deeper? What if we embarked on a path to uncover the intricate layers of our minds? What if you really LISTENED to when they sold you on “I’m good!” Eventually, you strike emotional oil when you pay attention and dig deep into the landscape of human potential. In a world that often celebrates surface-level appearances, let’s challenge the norm and embrace honesty within ourselves.
episode 003
In the realm of military service, bravery and dedication are praised virtues. Yet, amid the valor and honor, an often-unnoticed struggle exists. Experiences on and off the battlefield can leave deep emotional scars that need attention and healing. Healing from military trauma is not a sign of weakness, but a testament to one’s strength and resilience.
Episode 004
Romanticizing sadness can inadvertently trivialize the profound impact it has on individuals. It’s crucial to recognize that while acknowledging and expressing emotions is a healthy part of the human experience, staying trapped in a narrative that glorifies suffering can impede progress towards healing and growth.
Episode 005

Through stories of my past and my healing journey, we'll show you that the first step towards change is believing in yourself. Episode 006
Taking off the mask isn't a sign of weakness—it's a declaration of power. It's about breaking those mental programs that hold you back, rewiring your mindset, and embracing the warrior within. You might know me from the UFC, throwing down in the octagon, but there's more to the story than just punches and kicks.
